I’ve always held a passion for self-growth, and helping others do the same. Growing up as a gay man has allowed me to break the mold with how I shaped myself. With a background leading support groups for anxiety and depression, plus experience as a school teacher, I’ve helped others complete the steps they need to reach their best selves. Small actions and habits built over a long time continue to bring me so much further each year: mentally, physically, and socially.
